Reviews come in many shapes and sizes, but most commonly I create a review document highlighting potential issues in flow, design and overall experience.
Solutions are presented either textually (Dutch or English) or visually as quick mockups or prototypes, depending on the scope of the review.
The digital space is still rapidly developing. New digital services, design patterns and new technological possibilities create new user expectations. It's not easy to keep up all the time, especially while trying to maintain existing applications or websites.
With over 15 years of experience in the field of UX as a designer, team-lead and owner of over 100 websites and applications I've seen both the good, the bad and the excellent of what UX has to offer. I'm always on the look-out for new ways of improving the digital experience. By either making processes faster, easier, more understandable, or make them more interesting, richer and more memorable.
